My husband and I have been married for 38 years, and together we've raised four adult children who are now married and building families of their own. These days, one of my favorite roles is being "JuJu" to my seven grandchildren (so far!). When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll usually find me curled up with a good book, spending time with my grandchildren, kayaking on the lake, enjoying a day at the beach, or grabbing a burger and catching a movie with my husband. I deeply value relationships, family, faith, and finding joy in life's simple moments—values that naturally shape the way I care for the women I work with. I have a passion for helping people heal emotionally in a holistic way. Healing isn't just about addressing symptoms—it's about caring for the emotional, spiritual, mental, and relational parts of who you are. In my experience, it is difficult to fully heal from trauma, anxiety, or depression without considering the whole person. I also believe that lasting healing is connected to understanding your identity. Who are you? What were you created for? How do you fit into the world around you? The answers to those questions exist regardless of what you have experienced in life. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore those questions, navigate difficult seasons, and discover a deeper sense of purpose, peace, and confidence. I am a Christian-based counselor, and my education and credentials are listed below. I specialize in women's issues, anxiety, betrayal trauma, identity concerns, life transitions, adjustment challenges, and depression. Over the years, I have had the privilege of counseling people from many different backgrounds and life experiences.
